If you would like to return an item for a refund then please return it with the invoice inside and write on it that you would like a refund. We suggest you send it signed for and obtain proof of postage. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. We will refund any item returned unused and undamaged, minus the cost of our delivery postage. (from £1.50 to £5 on UK orders, depending on the weight of item)

We will not take responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in the post. We therefore recommend that all goods are insured in transit. To understand obligations as a merchant in the UK consult "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We deliver worldwide on some items. To find the cost please put items in your basket and then enter the delivery address. You will then see the delivery options and costs before you buy your item. We use Royal Mail Airmail and Royal Mail International Signed for. Items usually reach their destination within 7 days for Europe and 12 days for rest of the world. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs or import fees duties or other charges if applied in the country of destination.
